The Opportunity

As aRegional Managing Partner, you will lead a region with the mindset of an entrepreneur, building a trusted network of CFOs and clients while driving growth and impact. You will be both strategist and operator leading senior finance leaders, cultivating deep client relationships, and positioning The CFO HQ as the partner of choice for ambitious organisations. This is a role for a commercially astute CFO who thrives on creating opportunities, scaling teams, and influencing outcomes at board level.

What we are looking for

A seasoned CFO or senior finance leader with 15+ years experience, ideally across multiple sectors. Proven record in business development, strategic growth, and client leadership. Entrepreneurial mindset with the resilience and creativity to build and scale a business unit. Ability to mentor senior peers, inspire trust at board level, and engage with CEOs, investors, and stakeholders. Strong networks within private equity, banking, advisory, or corporate leadership circles. A natural communicator with the gravitas to influence, and the curiosity to keep learning.

Compensation

This role is built on a performance-based compensation model, directly linked to regional growth, client success, and team performance. As with all leadership roles at The CFO HQ, impact and value creation are directly rewarded. Our commission-based roles reward entrepreneurial drive, growth, and commercial impact, this role offers significant earning potential with a starting OTE of $500,000.
