Jaggers, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of operations. As a Managing Partner, you would be responsible for making sure that fresh food and exceptional service is delivered to our guests at all times. As a Managing Partner your responsibilities would include:
  • Enforcing compliance with all employment policies, with assistance from the management team
  • Directing work of management team, including setting weekly management schedules, and assigning areas of responsibility to Restaurant Managers
  • Managing performance of the management team, including conducting weekly management directionals, performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring management and hourly employees
  • Managing weekly and monthly P&L
  • Planning, preparing, and overseeing weekly, monthly, and yearly inventories, and budgets
  • Providing ultimate oversight and control over all food and labor costs
  • Sales and labor planning
  • Verifying daily Taste & Temp
  • Verifying audit, sanitation feedback scores, and training standards are being maintained
  • Planning annual party and fun outings for the staff
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant at all times
  • Maintaining safety of our employees and guests at all times
  • Overseeing all local store marketing activities
