We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to build, manage, and grow technology partnerships that create new business opportunities for the organization. The role will primarily focus on strategic alliances, ecosystem development, joint go-to-market initiatives, and solutioning, working closely with Sales, Technology, and Delivery teams.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building relationships with technology companies, ISVs, hyperscalers, consulting firms, and ecosystem partners, along with the ability to understand technology capabilities and translate them into meaningful business opportunities.
 
Job Title – Strategic Partnerships Manager
Location- US (Remote Opportunity)
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with technology companies, ISVs, hyperscalers, consulting firms, system integrators, and ecosystem partners. 
  • Build strong senior-level relationships with key partners and identify opportunities for joint GTM, co-selling, referrals, and joint solutions. 
  • Develop and manage a strong partnership-led business opportunity pipeline. 
  •  Understand partner capabilities and identify how they can complement RYSUN's AI, Data, Cloud, and Digital Engineering capabilities. 
  • Participate in initial customer and partner discovery discussions to understand business challenges and identify relevant solution opportunities. 
  •  Work closely with Sales, Technology, and Delivery teams to shape solutions, proposals, POCs, and partnership-led offerings. 
  • Represent RYSUN in partner meetings, industry events, technology forums, and ecosystem activities. 
  • Drive partnership opportunities from initial engagement through opportunity creation and business conversion. 
  • Identify new partnership models and explore opportunities to expand RYSUN's technology ecosystem. 
  •  Maintain strong engagement with existing partners and continuously identify opportunities for deeper collaboration. 
 
Required Skills & Experience
  •  8–12 years of experience in Technology Partnerships, Strategic Alliances, Ecosystem Development, or Business Development. 
  •  Proven track record of establishing and managing technology partnerships. 
  •  Experience working with ISVs, hyperscalers, technology companies, system integrators, or consulting organizations. 
  • Good understanding of AI, Cloud, Data, and Digital Engineering concepts. 
  •  Ability to understand technology capabilities and translate them into business and solution opportunities. 
  •  Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. 
  •  Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Technology, and Delivery teams.
