Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Junior Project Manager/Instructional Designer.
Summary:
The Junior Project Manager/Instructional Designer will be leading meetings for two managers with their teams to discuss project status, updating the Jira project board, helping with any training content revisions/updates, and also helping with our Box folder structures and ensuring everything is placed where it needs to be. They will have a very close relationship with our Sr. Instructional Designers and the managers.
Half of the role will be overseeing project status, reporting out timelines, meeting with teams to help with needs, and ensuring file organization by following our documented processes. The other half may include revising PowerPoint trainings and timelines, Word document trainings, job aids, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 4+ years of organizational experience
* 4+ years of experience displaying exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* 1+ years of experience with Instructional Design
* Experience with Jira, MS Office (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Articulate, Box
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
