Responsibilities for Senior Instructional Designer include but are not limited to:

· We are seeking an Instructional Designer with strong Articulate 360 experience to design and develop engaging learning solutions for employees. This role will partner with subject matter experts to conduct training needs analyses, create instructor-led and eLearning programs, develop interactive learning content, and evaluate training effectiveness.

· Conduct training needs assessments and job-task analyses to identify learning solutions.

· Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and eLearning training programs.

· Create interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360.

· Partner with SMEs to develop training objectives, curriculum, and learning materials.

· Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences.

· Develop job aids and performance support materials.

· Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.

Candidates Senior Instructional Designer must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Proficiency in Articulate 360

· Experience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles

· Experience designing eLearning and instructor-led training

· Strong communication and collaboration skills

· Experience in the insurance industry

· Knowledge of Underwriting
