Well-known restaurant chain is looking for an Instructional Designer to join their team for an immediate freelance role
*Bilingual in English / Arabic is required
• Help create and maintain training materials for in-store teams.
• Support learning content for operational updates, product launches, equipment changes, and technology rollouts.
• Update core training resources used for onboarding, daily operations, and ongoing performance support.
• Work with internal partners to gather information, clarify training needs, and organize content.
• Edit and prepare learning assets for digital platforms, print distribution, and system uploads.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to the learning management system.
• Use strong writing, organization, and attention to detail to support effective training delivery.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Must be very proficient with Adobe InDesign and accustomed to designing documents in line with brand guidelines
• Savvy with Photoshop and Illustrator as well as Rise and Storyline
• Exceptional eye for detail
• Ideal for candidates with experience in instructional design, training coordination, or operations support.
