Job SummaryThe Mail Insert Operator is responsible for operating high-speed inserting equipment used to assemble and prepare mailings. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate high-speed inserter machines to process and assemble mail pieces
  • Load paper and materials into equipment throughout the shift
  • Monitor machine performance and address minor jams or operational issues
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and productivity standards are met
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning as needed
