Job Description

Mailing Department Operator - we are looking for an experienced mail machine operator (inkjet, tabbing and inserting machines). ย Candidate should have previous experience in at least one of the duties listed above. The right hire will also be asked to work in the fulfillment department when needed. ย 

Qualifications

Must have prior experience working in a mail or letter shop department. ย 

Must be able to accurately understand verbal and written instructions.

Must be able to multi-task, must be organized, must be detail-oriented, must demonstrate self-initiative.

Basic math is necessary to understand dimensional requirements for mailing jobs and in job tickets to adjust accordingly, if asked to.

Must be willing to work independently and have good attention to detail.

Must be flexible and willing to work additional hours, if requested.

Previous mail room department experience.

Valid drivers license.

Job pays hourly.
