Schedule: Monday-Friday 4:30am-1:00pm and 1:00 PM-9:30PM
What you will do:
  • Prepare and coordinate mail projects for insertion and fulfillment
  • Operate high-speed Bell and Howell and Pitney Bowes inserting machines using barcode scanning and camera validation
  • Read and follow detailed job instructions to ensure correct materials, counts, and setup
  • Perform quality checks to verify job accuracy and USPS compliance
  • Sort, tray, and palletize mail according to USPS regulations
  • Apply and reconcile correct postage for each job, including international mail
  • Monitor equipment performance and perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate daily documentation, including QC logs and USPS reports
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Assist with other production activities as needed (hand inserting, cross-training, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Support additional duties as assigned by leadership

  • No prior mail or machine experience required - we will train you
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to follow detailed written instructions and job tickets
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment with deadlines
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs occassionally
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and E-Verify
