This role is the primary owner of the guest lodging experience, from pre-arrival communication through checkout, ensuring every guest receives a seamless, high-quality, and memorable stay. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Lodging Manager will oversee guest services, unit readiness, housekeeping coordination, maintenance needs, and revenue opportunities related to lodging inventory.
