A Day in the Life of the Location Manager
The Location Manager will be focused on the following activities during the day at Anytime Fitness Omaha:
  1. Sales Responsibilities - It will be your responsibility to support and improve the entire membership and training sales processes under the supervision of the General Manager. This includes: lead management, prospect management, membership and training sales management, tracking sales performance, conducting fitness consultations, and developing and conducting special events and programs. The focus of the sales responsibilities will be to drive revenue generation for the club through strong new membership and training sales, while also pushing down attrition. All of this happens by creating a culture at the gym that is attractive to clients and the staff.
  2. Facility Responsibilities - It will be your responsibility to lead the operations of the facility in a manner that creates an appealing and amazing place for people to change their lives by becoming healthier. This will include the following: providing surprisingly personable service, maintaining normal staffed hours, managing all of the maintenance and operational aspects of the facility, communicating regularly with the general manager, actively participating in team meetings, and being adaptive and flexible with other duties as needed.
  3. Team Player - Anytime Fitness Omaha is one facility under the Sportschool LLC ownership umbrella. As a Location Manager you will be expected to be supportive and encouraging of others that are working within this ownership group. This will include participating in group meetings and cooperating with other Location Managers so that all achieve success.
