LISTING MANAGER / OPERATIONS MANAGER (REAL ESTATE COMPANY)
Path to Director of Operations / COO
South Bay (Hermosa Beach | Manhattan Beach | Redondo Beach I PV I BEACH CITIES)
We are a high-performing residential real estate company managing 20-30 active listings across sales and leasing at any given time. Founded in 2004, we have built a strong foundation of repeat and referral business and consistently manage a high volume of listings across both sales and leasing. Our business is fast-paced, detail-heavy, and built on delivering a premium client experience. We are looking for a high-level Operations Manager who can take ownership of our listing pipeline and help build the systems that scale the business.
This is not an entry-level role. This is for someone who wants to grow into a Director of Operations / COO position.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $80,000 - $110,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
What You'll Own
โ€ข Full management of 20-30 active listings at a time
โ€ข Oversee the entire listing lifecycle:
โ€ข Pre-listing > launch > active > escrow > close
โ€ข Coordinate:
โ€ข MLS input and accuracy
โ€ข Manage timelines for:
โ€ข New listings
โ€ข Price adjustments
โ€ข Open houses/broker opens
โ€ข Communicate with:
โ€ข Sellers
โ€ข Agents
โ€ข Vendors
โ€ข Ensure every listing hits the market:
โ€ข On time
โ€ข Clean
โ€ข Professionally executed
Beyond Listings
This role is also about helping us build and improve operations:
โ€ข Identify inefficiencies and fix them
โ€ข Improve systems and workflows
โ€ข Help scale team structure and processes
โ€ข Work directly with leadership on business growth
Qualifications
Required Experience
โ€ข Active California Real Estate License
โ€ข 2+ years in Listing Coordination, Transaction Coordination, or Operations
โ€ข Strong experience with California Association of Realtors (CAR) forms and contracts
โ€ข Experience managing multiple transactions at once (15-25+)
โ€ข Strong understanding of MLS systems and real estate workflows
โ€ข Highly organized and detail-oriented
