Do you have experience with Amazon Vendor Central and managing ecommerce product listings?

CFD is looking for a detail-oriented and organized E-Commerce Specialist to support our growing online operations by managing listings, resolving product issues, and maintaining accurate product data across multiple ecommerce platforms.

This is a great opportunity for someone with Amazon listing experience who enjoys problem solving, working independently, and supporting fast-paced ecommerce operations.

Position Overview

The E-Commerce Specialist / Amazon Listing Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and managing product listings, identifying and resolving listing issues, auditing product content, and supporting marketplace operations across multiple platforms.

*Amazon Vendor Central experience is required for this role*

Primary focus will be Amazon, with additional support for platforms such as Walmart, Home Depot, Target, and eBay.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Amazon product listings on a daily basis

  • Audit listings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

  • Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, and product errors

  • Communicate with Amazon support and marketplace support teams

  • Monitor listing health, content quality, and overall performance

  • Ensure pricing, product data, and listing content remain accurate and updated

  • Support additional ecommerce marketplaces including Walmart, Home Depot, Target, and eBay

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain consistency across all sales channels


Qualifications
  • Amazon Vendor Central experience required*

  • Previous ecommerce, marketplace, or listing management experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to problem solve and identify listing or product issues quickly

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Shopify, or eBay is a plus
