Custom Filters Direct is hiring an E-Commerce Specialist / Amazon Listing Specialist to support our growing eCommerce operations. This role focuses on managing listings, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate product data across multiple platforms.Schedule
  • Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (1st Shift). Overtime may be required based on business needs.
  • This is an on-site position in Bloomsburg, PA. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance. Remote work is not offered.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage daily Amazon listings (primary focus)
  • Audit product content and ensure accuracy
  • Identify and resolve listing issues
  • Maintain compliance with platform requirements

You will also support additional platforms including Walmart, Home Depot, Target, and eBay.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Amazon product listings daily
  • Audit listings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Identify and resolve suppressed listings, errors, and discrepancies
  • Communicate with Amazon Vendor Central support to resolve issues
  • Monitor listing health and performance
  • Ensure product data, pricing, and content are up to date
  • Support listings across Walmart, Home Depot, Target, and eBay
  • Collaborate with internal teams (inventory, marketing, operations)
Qualifications
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central is required*
  • Previous eCommerce or listing management experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify issues and problem-solve effectively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
  • Experience with additional platforms (Walmart, Target, etc.) is a plus
