Job description

Position Overview

Coldwell Banker Premier is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Listing Coordinator to help manage our incoming listing inventory from launch through syndication and marketing review.
This is not simply a data entry position. Yes, accurate MLS and platform input matters, but we need someone who understands the bigger picture: how a listing should appear online, how details should be verified, how photos and descriptions affect presentation, and when something looks wrong before an agent, client, or consumer has to point it out.
The right person will bring real estate knowledge, common sense, and strong follow-through. We are looking for someone who can manage the listing process, spot inconsistencies, improve presentation, and help ensure our listings show up correctly and professionally across the platforms where consumers see them.

Key Responsibilities

●       Manage incoming listing information, documents, photos, and marketing assets
●       Enter and update listing data in MLS and related systems
●       Review listings for accuracy, completeness, compliance, and presentation quality
●       Coordinate listing syndication to company websites, portals, and third-party platforms
●       Check listing visibility and accuracy across websites such as brokerage sites, Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, and other platforms as needed
●       Clean up or lightly enhance listing photos when appropriate
●       Review and improve listing descriptions for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and market appeal
●       Communicate with agents and internal teams to collect missing information or correct issues
●       Track listing status changes, price updates, open houses, and related marketing updates
●       Help identify process gaps and recommend improvements to make listing management smoother
●       Maintain organized records and ensure deadlines are met

What We’re Looking For

●       Prior real estate, MLS, transaction coordination, listing coordination, or brokerage support experience strongly preferred
●       Strong attention to detail without needing to be micromanaged
●       Ability to recognize when something looks incomplete, inaccurate, or poorly presented
●       Good writing and editing skills, especially for property descriptions
●       Comfort working with photos, listing platforms, websites, and basic marketing tools
●       Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple listings at once
●       Clear communication with agents, staff, and vendors
●       A practical problem-solver who can follow a process but also think independently
●       Familiarity with tools such as MLS systems, Canva, photo editing tools, CRM platforms, and listing syndication platforms is a plus

This Role Is a Good Fit If You Are Someone Who:

●       Notices when a listing photo is sideways, blurry, duplicated, or just plain tragic
●       Catches missing room counts, incorrect property details, and awkward descriptions before they go public
●       Understands that “just enter it into the MLS” is not the whole job
●       Can balance accuracy, speed, and presentation
●       Takes ownership of the process instead of waiting for someone else to notice a problem
Benefits
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid vacation
  • Vacation
Salary up $18.50
