Responsibilities
  • Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program
  • Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
  • Host two open houses each month
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
  • Participate in team events and activities according to team standards
  • Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
  • Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties effectively
  • Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services
