Responsibilities
  • Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program
  • Host two open houses every month
  • Join in weekly script practice with the team
  • Take part in team activities as expected
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, trainings, and Partner Calls
  • Meet with sellers, help them list their homes, and promote their properties
  • Share your knowledge on pricing, staging, and other listing services
  • Negotiate offers for your sellers with confidence
  • Keep track of your activities and clients using PLACE Technology
