Responsibilities
  • Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program with confidence.
  • Use PLACE lead generation tools regularly each week to keep the momentum going.
  • Host at least two open houses every month to connect with potential buyers.
  • Join in weekly script practice sessions to sharpen your skills alongside the team.
  • Take part in all team activities as outlined to stay engaged and informed.
  • Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls to keep growing.
  • Offer knowledgeable advice to sellers, help secure listings, and promote properties effectively.
  • Show your expertise in pricing, staging, and other listing-related services.
  • Represent sellers during negotiations to help get the best possible offers.
