Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and experienced real estate agent to join our growing team. In this position, you will buy and sell properties, while acting as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. You will study property listings, list and advertise properties, match clients with potential properties and represent clients when discussing sales.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist sellers in marketing their property, listing, advertising
  • Advise on pricing property and market value
  • Assist buyers in finding the right property for their needs
  • Negotiate sale on behalf of the client
  • Advise owners on tax deductions and expenses
  • Maintain a positive relationship with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors
  • Advertise and market vacant properties
  • Evaluate the properties for damages and repairs before selling
  • Document property interior and exterior with photos
  • Perform detailed inspections
  • Research local market for value and comparable pricing
  • Advise clients on the buying process, legal requirements, and market conditions
  • Show properties to potential buyers
  • Prepare contracts, deeds, closing statements, and other necessary paperwork
  • Maintain and update property listings
  • Coordinate open houses, advertising services, and listings for properties
  • Network and build connections; continue education and training

Qualifications
