Summary
Join Denver's leading team of investor-friendly real estate professionals as our Listing Coordinator. This role is ideal for a licensed agent who thrives on the listing side of the business and enjoys bringing properties to market with exceptional attention to detail.
Working alongside some of our highest-producing agents, you'll coordinate every step of the listing process, from preparing homes for market and scheduling staging, photography, and vendors to creating marketing materials and helping host open houses. You'll play an essential role in delivering an outstanding client experience while ensuring every listing launches at the highest standard.

Responsibilities
  • Be an expert user and coach of in-house technology and tools
  • Manage marketing plans & listing syndication
  • Create or coordinate listing marketing materials
  • Review all listing marketing materials for quality control
  • Build and implement systems that save time and create efficiencies
  • Coordinate with vendors such as sign companies, photographers, contractors
  • Edit photos as needed
  • Maintain the marketing related expenses/budget
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Host Open Houses and prospect for the listings
