What You Will Do 

As a Listing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing online listings to improve visibility, accuracy, and search performance across various platforms. 

In addition to the technical aspects of listing optimization, this role also involves meeting with clients to review performance, gather listing information, and provide recommendations for improving their online presence. 

How You Will Spend Your Days

  • Create, update, and maintain online listings across multiple platforms 
  • Optimize listings using local SEO best practices, including keyword research and placement 
  • Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines 
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned clients (book of business) and serve as a primary point of contact for listing-related needs 
  • Monitor listing performance and identify opportunities for improvement 
  • Perform routine audits to maintain listing quality and compliance 
  • Track and report on listing metrics and search performance 
  • Meet with clients regularly to review listing performance, gather updated information, and provide recommendations to improve visibility 
  • Conduct annual business reviews with key client stakeholders, presenting performance insights, discussing results, and identifying strategic opportunities for improvement 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure listings support and retention goals are met 

What You Bring to this Role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Basic understanding of local SEO principles (training provided for the right candidate) 
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and online platforms 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn 

Preferred but Not Required: 

  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush) 
  • Experience managing product or business listings 
  • Proficient with Excel 

Compensation for this position includes an hourly pay rate of $24.04, eligibility for an annual bonus, and eligibility to participate in our Employee Participation Unit program.
