Mercedes-Benz of Westminster | Westminster, Colorado | Full-Time
Drive the digital retail experience for one of the world's most respected automotive brands.
Mercedes-Benz of Westminster is seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy, elevate the digital customer journey, and turn online interest into lasting client relationships. This role is ideal for a hands-on digital leader who combines automotive retail knowledge, strong analytics, and a commitment to an exceptional luxury experience.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute strategies that grow qualified website traffic, digital leads, appointments, vehicle sales, and customer retention.
  • Own the online merchandising experience, including inventory listings, vehicle descriptions, pricing accuracy, photography standards, and promotional content.
  • Monitor lead response time, contact rates, appointment activity, conversion, cost per lead, and return on advertising spend.
  • Manage CRM workflows and lead-handling processes to ensure timely, professional follow-up across phone, email, text, chat, and digital retail channels.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, BDC, fixed operations, and leadership teams to deliver a seamless online-to-showroom experience.
  • Coordinate with website, CRM, advertising, and third-party vendors; identify opportunities to improve performance and control costs.
  • Use analytics, market trends, and customer behavior to test campaigns, improve conversion paths, and guide business decisions.
  • Protect brand consistency and ensure digital content reflects Mercedes-Benz standards and the dealership's premium customer experience.
  • Coach team members, establish clear performance expectations, and provide regular reporting and recommendations to leadership.
What We're Looking For
  • Three or more years of e-commerce, digital marketing, BDC, internet sales, or related leadership experience; luxury automotive retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success improving lead conversion, digital campaign performance, and online customer engagement.
  • Working knowledge of dealership websites, CRM platforms, digital retail tools, paid search, social media, SEO, email marketing, and reputation management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into practical action.
  • Outstanding communication, organization, leadership, and vendor-management skills.
  • A customer-first mindset, sound judgment, and attention to detail consistent with a luxury brand.
  • Ability to work on-site in Westminster, Colorado, and adapt to the schedule needs of a retail automotive business.
  • Somone looking for a lucrative career and not just a job.
Why Join Us?
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid vacation and paid holidays
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Automotive, parts, and service discounts
  • A culture of coaching, mentoring, recognition, and internal growth
  • Income ranges from $110,000 to $150,000+
  • Multiple advancement opportunities for top performers
