Job description

The salary range for this position is $115,000 - 135,000 and bonus opportunity

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the strategic vision and business plan for Karcher's presence on Amazon and other key marketplaces.
  • Drive Revenue: Establish and deliver ambitious sales goals, utilizing data-driven strategies to increase Month-over-Month revenue.
  • Optimize Visibility: Partner with content teams to implement SEO-optimized product descriptions and leverage keyword research to maximize organic search rankings.
  • Manage Performance: Oversee departmental budgets and monitor ROAS as the primary metric for marketing efficiency and profitable growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain healthy account status by tracking inventory, reviews, and compliance while executing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies.

  • Experience: 5+ years of directly relevant experience successfully managing Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central) and other e-commerce platforms.
