In this dual role, you will be the command center for all new properties hitting the market-ensuring a flawless pre-listing process-while simultaneously driving the marketing strategy for our brand and our properties. The ideal candidate is a systems-driven professional who loves checklists just as much as they love designing beautiful marketing campaigns and engaging with audiences on social media.
Responsibilities
Listing Coordination & Management
  • Pre-Listing Prep: Prepare listing agreements, seller disclosures, and pre-listing presentations for the lead agent.
  • Vendor Coordination: Schedule and coordinate professional photography, videography, 3D tours, staging, and pre-listing inspections.

  • Property Copywriting: Write compelling, SEO-friendly property descriptions highlighting key features and selling points.
  • On-Site Logistics: Arrange for lockbox installation, yard sign placement, and the delivery of directional signs.
  • Seller Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers during the "coming soon" and "active" phases, providing weekly updates on showing feedback, market activity, and marketing metrics.
  • Status Tracking: Track all listing inventory, monitor expiration dates, and process price reductions or status changes promptly.
Property & Brand Marketing
  • Asset Creation: Design high-quality digital and print collateral for all listings, including property flyers, brochures, "Just Listed" postcards, and open house materials using [Canva / Adobe Creative Suite].
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute a content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Post reels, stories, and engaging content featuring active listings, market updates, and team culture.
  • Digital Advertising: Set up and manage targeted social media ad campaigns and Google Ads to generate buyer and seller leads.
  • Email Marketing: Draft and send weekly newsletters and targeted e-blasts to our database of clients and local agents.
  • Website & CRM Management: Keep the team website updated with current inventory, recent sales, and blog posts. Ensure all lead-generation funnels are tracking properly in the CRM.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate client appreciation events, community outreach, and mega-open houses.
  • Brand Consistency: Act as the gatekeeper for the team's brand, ensuring all public-facing materials adhere to our style guidelines and voice.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in real estate administration, listing coordination, or a dedicated marketing role (Real estate license is a strong plus, but not required).
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., Brivity, Follow Up Boss, Salesforce), MLS systems, and basic website CMS (WordPress, Squarespace).
  • Design Chops: Strong eye for design with proficiency in Canva, Adobe InDesign, or Photoshop.
  • Marketing Fluency: Understanding of social media algorithms, email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact), and basic digital ad spend.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage 10+ active listings simultaneously without letting anything slip through the cracks.
