The Detroit Athletic Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Line Cook to join our talented kitchen staff. Our club is known for its exceptional dining experiences, world-class amenities, and commitment to excellence in every detail.

As a Line Cook, you'll work alongside skilled chefs in a fast-paced, professional environment where quality, consistency, and creativity shine. You'll play a key role in preparing high-end dishes for our members and guests across multiple dining outlets and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to club recipes and standards

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of work areas

  • Ensure quality, presentation, and timing of dishes meet club expectations

  • Assist with prep work, inventory, and daily setup/breakdown

  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
