Javier’s Downtown is hiring motivated and passionate Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our growing culinary team. We are an upscale, high-volume restaurant known for premium steaks, fresh seafood, and elevated Latin and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.

Line Cook Responsibilities

● Prepare and cook menu items according to Javier’s recipes and quality standards.

● Work stations including grill, broiler, sauté, fry, pantry, or expo.

● Ensure proper seasoning, temperatures, timing, and presentation of every dish.

● Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during high-volume service.

● Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout each shift.

● Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
