As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and executing menu items with accuracy, speed, and consistency. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized during high-volume shifts.

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and executing menu items with accuracy, speed, and consistency. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized during high-volume shifts.


Schedule Requirements

Weekend Availability Required

Friday & Saturday:

  • 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM (split into two shifts)

Sunday:

  • 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (split into two shifts)

Weekdays:

  • 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Final shift assignments will be determined based on availability and staffing needs.


Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station
  • Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Restock and prep ingredients for service
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen team during high-volume periods
  • Communicate clearly with management and front-of-house staff
