AM LINE COOK

As an AM Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Your primary duties include cooking and plating dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards, ensuring food is prepared in a timely manner, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

THE DUTIES OF AN AM LINE COOK INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING:

  • Cook dishes to business standards.
  • Follow recipes and create a consistent product.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines.
  • Prepare ingredients for use during the shift.
  • Follow directions from Chef.
  • Set up workstations.
  • Cooking various dishes using the saute method, including meats, seafood, sauces, and vegetables.
