The Garage at Bottleworks is a community-focused food and market hall featuring independently owned Indianapolis businesses. YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS
In this role, you'll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here-use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.
As the Public Area Attendant, you will ensure that guests are able to locate a clean table within the shortest amount of time possible. You will also maintain the order and cleanliness of the following, but not limited to, restrooms, tables, chairs, patios, foyers, breezeway, basement hallways, stairwells, receiving dock and office areas.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
  • Greet, acknowledge and provide the highest level of service to guests and tenants
  • Have complete knowledge and understanding of the food hall including tenant directory and parking
  • Ensure tables and chairs are cleaned and sanitized after the departure of each guest and return any china or trays to tenant stall
  • Maintain the food hall interior, patio and back of house areas organized and clean of debris and garbage
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and sanitation regulations
  • Clean and perform routine restroom checks every 30 minutes
  • Report promptly and in full uniform for all scheduled shifts, including mandatory meetings
  • Have fun; leave baggage at the door; join the team with a positive attitude ready and willing to help create a fun and memorable experience for our guests

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
  • You have a high school diploma
  • You have one year of experience cleaning in a restaurant hotel or convention space
  • You have strong customer service and oral communication skills

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
