Dinner Line Cook / Prep Cook

We’re hiring a reliable and hardworking Dinner Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team!

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in preparing quality food, keeping a clean and organized station, and working well with a team. This position is primarily focused on Thursday through Saturday dinner service, with additional hours available on Wednesdays for food preparation and kitchen prep.

Schedule & Hours

  • Main shifts: Thursday, Friday & Saturday evenings
  • Additional prep hours: Wednesday
  • Extra hours may be available for prep and kitchen needs throughout the week
  • Part-time or full-time hours available depending on availability and experience
  • Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items during dinner service
  • Complete food preparation and batch cooking as needed
  • Assist with Wednesday prep to ensure the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for the weekend
  • Set up and maintain your station during service
  • Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards
  • Properly store, label, and rotate food
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
  • Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team
  • Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties
  • Help with additional kitchen tasks as needed
