Located in the heart of Las Vegas, 1228 Main is a modern European-inspired restaurant and bakery known for fresh, seasonal ingredients and thoughtfully crafted dishes. We bring Wolfgang Puck’s signature culinary excellence into a welcoming, approachable environment.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a punctual, motivated, and team-oriented AM Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of egg cookery, is confident working the line during breakfast and lunch service and is equally skilled in prep work and station organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a cook who takes pride in consistency, speed, and execution and wants to grow within the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group.

Shift Schedule:
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, including some weekends

Pay: $19.00 / hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute breakfast and lunch menu items, including eggs and hot-line dishes, according to chef’s specifications and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station throughout service
  • Execute prep work efficiently to support smooth daily operations
  • Receive and properly store products as needed
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow cooks to ensure strong kitchen flow
  • Uphold Wolfgang Puck’s standards for quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Previous line cook or kitchen experience required; upscale casual or bakery experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge of egg cookery and breakfast/lunch line execution
  • Proficient in prep work, knife skills, and basic cooking techniques
  • Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player
  • Able to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Catering experience is a plus
  • Availability for 7am–3pm shifts, including some weekends
