Line Cook

Location: La Jolla, California

Position Overview

We're hiring experienced line cooks to join our high-volume coastal restaurant in La Jolla, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with ocean views. This is a fast-paced but well-organized kitchen with a strong team and a focus on quality execution.

Pay & Schedule:

  • $21-25/hr + tip pool
  • Part-time with up to 5 shifts per week
  • Consistent schedules (AM and PM shifts available)
  • Weekends required

Available Shifts:

  • AM: 6:00am-2:30pm
  • PM: 2:00pm-10:30pm
  • Set days off: Monday & Tuesday

What You'll Do:

  • Execute hot or cold line dishes with consistency and attention to detail
  • Work clean, organized, and efficiently during high-volume service
  • Maintain proper food safety, prep, and station organization
  • Communicate clearly with team and expeditor during service
