Job description

The Reality Labs Marketing team drives adoration and everyday usage for Meta AI glasses and VR devices by unleashing data-driven marketing and creativity to accelerate business results. We are looking for a skilled Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is highly strategic, cross functional and analytical. In this role, you will craft user journeys across multiple channels including email, push, and in-app notification channels. This role will be responsible for building multi channel programs with lifecycle automation, segmentation, and experimentation at the center. This role will work with a matrixed and highly interdisciplinary team with access to cutting edge technology, resources, and testing tools.
Responsibilities
Develop lifecycle marketing strategies and content strategies to support the evolution of our Lifecycle program, including email, push, and in-app notification channels
• Develop campaign strategies that support product launches and on-going business needs
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to own and deliver effective, compelling programs and campaigns that drive acquisition, loyalty, engagement and advocacy
• Contribute to the overall integrated marketing strategy for the launch of Meta products
• Optimize campaign performance through data insights and provide performance readouts to leadership
• Manage content strategy, calendar and targeting alignment across channels
• Test and optimize program elements to continuously improve performance
• Effectively partner with cross-functional teams to support and enhance our lifecycle programs
• Test and scale new marketing surfaces and technology that support businesses growth
Minimum Qualifications
• 8+ years experience in CRM working across strategy, implementation and ongoing optimization
• Experience building customer acquisition and retention programs across multiple channels
• Experience with Email Service Providers (ESP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing tech tools (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo)
• Experience working with technical teams (product, engineering, decision science) to scope work needed to build lifecycle campaigns
• Proven track record using data and experimentation to improve customer experience and deliver business outcomes
• Can juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a highly matrixed environment
• Can lead initiatives at both a strategic and execution level
Preferred Qualifications
• E-commerce and retail experience, preferably in consumer electronics
• Experience working for a developing or emerging brand with multiple products
• Use AI-powered tools to improve targeting, personalization, and creative iteration across lifecycle channels
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
