We are seeking a highly skilled Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and optimize customer engagement across both DTC and B2B channels. This role will be responsible for building and executing end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies that drive new customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation. A deep expertise in HubSpot is required to design, implement, and optimize automated sequences and workflows, lead nurturing programs, and account based marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing complex customer journeys across multiple channels (email, SMS, paid media retargeting, LinkedIn) for both DTC and B2B.

What You’ll Do

DTC Lifecycle Strategy & Execution

  • Design, implement, and optimize lifecycle marketing programs (acquisition, conversion, upsell/cross-sell, post purchase, repeat purchase) with a goal of increasing sales on the oewheelsllc.com website.
  • Map and continuously refine customer journeys by segment, lifecycle stage, and purchase behavior.
  • Create and deploy personalized email, SMS, and CRM-driven campaigns tailored to different audience segments and brands.
  • Manage data segmentation and audience targeting to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Build scalable, automated campaigns within HubSpot to support DTC marketing funnels.
  • Partner with content, creative, and product teams to implement integrated marketing campaigns and ensure campaigns are on-brand, compelling, and results-driven.
  • Develop and implement a strategy to drive email and SMS subscribers.
  • Manage list hygiene and own data privacy compliance.
  • Own lifecycle KPIs including engagement rates, sales conversion rates, LTV, etc. and perform ongoing A/B testing on subject lines, creative, calls-to-action, send times, and segmentation logic to improve metrics.

B2B CRM Management

  • Serve as the HubSpot platform owner across marketing and sales and work with external development and integration resources to build initial workflows, sequences, reporting, lead scoring, sales pipelines, playbooks and integrations with NetSuite.
  • Build and maintain email and SMS templates routinely.
  • Manage lead scoring, pipeline workflows, and automated sequences, such as redistributing stagnating accounts and assigning new leads to continually optimize.
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into sales performance and task management.
  • Develop and build an account based marketing strategy across multiple channels (social, email, direct calls, text) to help the wholesale sales team with prospecting efforts to win new accounts.
  • Train internal stakeholders on HubSpot usage, ensuring alignment across departments.
What We are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing automation experience (ideally with both DTC and B2B).
  • Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub & Sales Hub (certifications strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated success building automated workflows, nurture campaigns, and customer journey mapping in HubSpot.
  • Proven skills in segmentation, personalization, and automation to deliver tailored, high-performing lifecycle programs to increase revenue.
  • Strong analytical mindset adept as using data to inform strategy, measure success and optimize performance.
  • Experience managing omni-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, push, retargeting).
  • Experience developing and implementing Account Based Marketing campaigns across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, phone, text) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, NetSuite) and integrations with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Advanced understanding of digital analytics (including GA4) and digital marketing technologies.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
