Responsibilities
  • Meet with prospective clients virtually, in person, or by phone.
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
  • Educate clients on various coverage options and financial protection strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service.
  • Assist clients throughout the application and underwriting process.
  • Follow up with existing clients regarding policy reviews and additional needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all company and industry regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
  • Meet the monthly minimum required production
Requirements
  • Life Insurance License required.
  • Ability to pass any applicable background and licensing requirements.
  • Previous sales, customer service, insurance, or financial services experience
  • Basic computer and communication skills.
