An Aspirant is an agent-in-training who aspires to grow into an Agent. The primary responsibility of this position will be to learn the insurance business and begin to sell insurance products to commercial customers in the region.
The successful candidate will be an eager, driven and coachable sales professional who demonstrates desire and commitment to learn the business and produce for a growing agency.
You must have prior success working in a sales role and must demonstrate the ability to learn the insurance business, call, meet, qualify and close business owners who are resistant to change, and may have difficulty undoing current relationships. You will need to be motivated from within... Competition is fierce and price is always an objection you will have to overcome.
