Job description

Description Under close supervision, shelve and retrieve materials; assist with routine circulation procedures. Work varies somewhat with minimal leeway for discretion and independent judgment. Essential Functions Shelve materials in the correct order according to type, read shelves to ensure ease of finding materials, aid with minor projects and programs.

SUPERVISION - RESPONSIBILITY FOR WORK OF OTHERS: None ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Apply knowledge of alphabetization. (Daily) Regular timely/punctual attendance. (Daily) Apply knowledge of numeration up to four digits past the decimal point.

(Daily) Establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees, officials and the public. (Daily) Effectively communicate orally and in writing. (Daily) Assigned projects are performed properly and efficiently.
