What jobs can I do with a level 3?

These roles often involve more responsibility, supervision of junior staff, and the ability to work independently on complex tasks. Examples can include technical specialists, senior support roles, or supervisory positions, depending on the industry. Level 3 jobs may also require relevant certifications or a higher level of education.

What are some typical responsibilities and challenges a Level 3 support specialist faces on a daily basis?

As a Level 3 support specialist, your daily responsibilities often include resolving complex technical issues that have been escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.
