Job Summary:
Tyto Athene, LLC is seeking a Desktop Support Level II to join their Westover team in Chicopee, MA. The role involves providing technical support for various IT services and ensuring the smooth operation of personal computer products and peripherals.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide support to end-users for PC, server, mainframe applications, and hardware.
โ€ข Perform configurations, installations, diagnostics, upgrades, repairs and preventive maintenance of personal computer products and peripherals.
โ€ข May interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem.
โ€ข Simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties.
โ€ข Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems.
โ€ข Maintain currency and highest level of technical skill in field of expertise.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Experience as a desktop support technician or equivalent (IT Support, Helpdesk Support, Support Technician, etc.)
โ€ข Capabilities needed to deliver in-person and remote IT aid.
โ€ข Fantastic installation, diagnostic, upgrade, and restoration abilities.
โ€ข Strong customer support and customer service skills.
โ€ข Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
โ€ข Experience working with ServiceNow and Print Release
โ€ข Experience managing network modernization work or system projects of similar scope and complexity.
โ€ข Active IAT Level II Certification/Active 'Security Plus' certification
โ€ข Active DoD 'Secret' Clearance
