Job description

JOB SUMMARY:

Provides administrative, reporting, marketing, and coordination support to the leasing team by maintaining accurate tracking tools, preparing materials, supporting specialty leasing documentation, and assisting with industry event planning.

By working closely with the leasing team and gaining hands-on experience in reporting, marketing support, specialty leasing documentation, and industry coordination, the Leasing Assistant can develop the knowledge and skills needed to grow into a Leasing Representative role and advance within the department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Prepare and update daily call sheets for the leasing team.
  • Assist the leasing team with creating and maintaining marketing packages and presentation materials.
  • Complete weekly updates to leasing tracking reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate industry conventions, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and follow-up.
  • Prepare specialty leasing agreements and assist with related documentation.
  • Collect, organize, and track required documents, including insurance certificates and sales reports.
  • Provide general administrative support to the leasing department as needed.
