Property Managers for LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) properties often face challenges related to strict compliance with program regulations, extensive documentation, and ongoing resident eligibility verification. Building strong communication with residents and fostering a detail-oriented team environment also help ensure smooth operations.
