Job Purpose
The Learning Systems Administrator Associate supports the administration and day-to-day operation of enterprise learning and performance systems, with primary responsibility for Learning Management System (LMS) administration within SuccessFactors. This role also provides operational support for performance and goal management in SuccessFactors and assists with adjacent learning technologies such as SharePoint, with future exposure to employee engagement platforms. The role ensures system accuracy, reliable reporting, and a consistent user experience across learning and performance platforms.
What you will do...
  • Administer and maintain the SuccessFactors Learning Management System, including user profiles, roles, permissions, and course assignments
  • Upload, organize, and validate learning content, including SCORM/AICC files, in partnership with Learning Experience Designers
  • Support performance and goal management processes within SuccessFactors, including system setup, user assistance, and data accuracy
  • Coordinate course scheduling and support the execution of learning programs and curricula
  • Troubleshoot system, access, and content-related issues and respond promptly to learner, instructor, and stakeholder inquiries
  • Generate, maintain, and distribute learning, compliance, and performance-related reports as required
  • Ensure data integrity across learning and performance systems and related reporting outputs
  • Provide administrative and operational support for Halo and other learning technologies as needed
  • Assist with evolving system needs and future-state platforms, including employee engagement tools such as Glint
  • Manage and maintain internal learning-related web pages and documentation
  • Provide additional operational support to ensure the effectiveness and scalability of learning systems

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Foundational experience with software troubleshooting and data management
  • Working knowledge of learning management systems or HR systems; SuccessFactors experience preferred
  • Prior experience in IT, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or training environments preferred

Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office 365
  • Knowledge of learning content standards and tools, including SCORM and Articulate Storyline
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to provide professional, responsive support to internal stakeholders
