We're looking for a culture builder. A systems thinker. A talent accelerator.
Someone who believes training isn't an event - it's a competitive advantage.
As our Learning & Development Specialist, you'll help architect how our people grow - from new hires stepping onto their first jobsite to emerging leaders preparing for their next big move. You'll turn development into momentum. Ideas into programs. Feedback into measurable growth.

As Learning & Development Specialist, you won't just support these values - you'll help embed them into how our people grow.

  • Contribute to employee engagement programs that reinforce a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Bring
You're not just organized - you're intentional.
You're not just collaborative - you're proactive.
You don't just deliver content - you drive growth.
Experience & Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in learning & development, training coordination, or HR-related roles
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design principles

Skills & Mindset
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills - you can command a room without dominating it.
  • Ability to develop interactive, engaging learning materials that drive retention.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset - you measure what matters and improve what doesn't.
  • Collaborative team player with a genuine passion for employee growth and development
  • Most importantly, you embody:
