About the Opportunity

We are looking for a future-focused Senior Banner Reporting Consultant to join our Professional Services team. This role will work directly with colleges and universities across the globe to explore their reporting needs and provide the services required to help them to make better decisions using their data. You'll be joining a team of other SaaS-focused consultants and work with a variety of tools, including some exciting new options as schools modernize and move to a SaaS-ready world.

Where you will make an impact

  • Manage and deliver reporting implementations end-to-end, acting as the dedicated point of contact for assessment, build-out, knowledge transfer, and adoption
  • Help college and university clients to develop business intelligence strategies
  • Perform implementation services such as training, functional consulting, and technical support
  • Develop and deploy business intelligence solutions based on supported Ellucian Banner reporting tools including Argos, Ellucian Insights, and Cognos using data sourced from Insights, Banner and the Banner Operational Data Store (ODS)
  • Develop and deploy business intelligence solutions across other Ellucian solutions to help drive reporting strategy at Ellucian

What you will bring

  • 5+ years within a college or university setting developing business intelligence solutions based on reporting tools supported by Ellucian
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience solving business challenges using Banner ODS, Argos, Ellucian Insights, and Cognos
  • 5+ years of experience with Banner tables across the entire Banner software suite
  • 5+ years of SQL programming skills in a data warehouse environment
