We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Leader to lead our Immunology/Dermatology field sales teamfocused onlaunching a first-in-class product forHidradenitis Suppurativa (HS). The Immunology Business Director (IBD) will be accountable for translating brand strategy into disciplined field execution, coaching and developing high-performing Therapeutic Specialists, and delivering demand generation to supportlaunch excellence and sustained growth.The ideal candidate brings deep experience in specialty markets, a passion for patient-centric, clinicalselling, and a proven ability to lead in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to lead a purpose-driven team in delivering impactful therapies to underserved patient populations.This leader will foster a high-performance, compliant, and patient-centricculturegrounded in a deep understanding of theHS patient journey and unmet needstooptimizepatientaccess, outcomes,andoverallcustomer experience.

Essential Functions &Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Immunology Therapeutic Specialists.

  • Build a culture of high performance, accountability, integrity, and compliance.

  • Lead and execute regional business plans to achieve sales and performanceobjectivesfor the HS portfolio.

  • Translate national strategy into clear priorities, effective call execution, strong account planning, and local market action plans.

  • Provide consistent field coaching through ride-alongs/joint calls, observation, and skill-building.

  • Identify, develop, andretaintop talent and future leaders.

Sales Strategy & Launch Execution

  • Collaborate with commercial leadership to execute regional launch strategies fora newHS therapy.

  • Deliver against aggressive launch and growth targets from pre-launch through maturity.

  • Analyze regional performance data toidentifyopportunities,optimizeresources, and drive results.

Market Access, Pull-Through & Fulfillment

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of payer, reimbursement, and access dynamics, including formularies, step edits, and prior authorizations.

  • Lead teams in navigating complex access and fulfillment processes in partnership withinternal Market& Patient Access matrix partners.

  • Support customer offices to overcome access barriers,understand benefits verification, prior authorization, bridge programs, copayassistance, and specialty pharmacy distribution.

  • Provide field insights and escalate recurring access/fulfillment barriers through established channels to improvethe patientexperience compliantly.

  • Experience with HUB services and patient support programsrequired.

Key Account Customer Engagement & Market Development

  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key dermatology stakeholders and opinion leaders.

  • Implement institutional and local market strategies to drive launch adoption.

  • Ensure delivery of compelling, compliant, and data-driven clinical and value messages across diverse customer audiences.

  • Coach the team to build strong relationships with HS-treating customers and key accounts (e.g., high-volume dermatology practices, "super-groups," and institutional systems where applicable).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment andexecutionexcellence.

  • Provideactionable field insights to inform strategy, messaging, local market action planning, and tactical refinement.

Compliance & Integrity

  • Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory, legal, and company compliance standards.

  • Model ethical leadership and reinforce compliance expectations across the team.

Continuous Learning & Adaptation

  • Stay current on evolving HS science, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.

  • Foster learning agility, adaptability, and continuous improvement within the team.

  • Thrive in high-pressure, ambiguous launch environments.

  • Demonstrate persistence in overcoming access& prescribingbarriers.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experiencerequired.

  • Experience in competitive specialty markets and/or systemic, injectable biologics, or oral JAKwith astrongtrack recordof results.

  • Demonstrated people-leadershipexperience coaching and developing sales talent (first-line leadership preferred).

  • Cross-functional experience partnering withMarketing, Market Access, and/or Operations.

  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with strong business acumen and execution discipline.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and CRM/database applications.

  • Ability to travel within the region asrequired.

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Preferred

  • Dermatology and/or immunologyexperience;HS experiencestronglypreferred.

  • Strong experience withinstitutional, super group, and key accountdynamics.

  • Experience supportinga launchand drivingsustained growth post-launch.
