dcbel is looking to hire an HR Coordinator that will work hand in hand with the Head of HR, ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions. You'll be the bridge between departments, employees, and leadership, supporting day-to-day HR activities.

Main responsibilities

  • Organizational Structure & Development: Maintain and update employee information in our HRIS (BambooHR), organizational documents , policies and reports. Serve as a primary point of contact for employee requests and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate support across HR-related matters
  • Talent Acquisition: work with hiring managers during the recruitment process on a need's basis and keep information updated in our ATS
  • Employee Onboarding: Generate offers letters/employment contracts, conduct background checks, and ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires
  • Training & Development: Help organize group and individual training sessions based on development needs and generate surveys. Keep accurate record of training expenses for year-end reporting
  • Performance Reviews: Generate comprehension view of the overall performance review results
  • Payroll & Benefits: Manage the payroll processing on a bi-weekly basis and group benefits onboarding/offboarding
  • Employee Engagement:Communicate company news, organize activities to promote culture and engagement

Key requirements

  • University degree in Human resources, Business Administration or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in a Human resources position (recruitment, HR admin, etc.)
  • CRHA, CHRP or SHRM certification will be considered an strong asset

  • Bilingual English and French written and spoken.
