About this Position

This position ensures the fair and consistent administration of the residential conduct process in accordance with the Oklahoma State University Student Code of Conduct and Housing & Residential Life policies. The Coordinator partners with campus stakeholders to support student success, develop residence life staff, and foster an inclusive residential community where students can learn, grow, and thrive.

Required Qualifications
  • Master's

    Higher Education, College Student Personnel, Human Sciences, or a related field

    (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • One year experience with residential education programs or equivalent curriculum knowledge. Experience working with college student population.

Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:

Human Sciences, or a related field

Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

Strong understanding of student learning and development; experience using knowledge of student learning and development to develop strategies to foster co-curricular learning in the residence halls guided by student learning outcomes.
