Job Title: Learning Analytics Analyst
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Learning Analytics Analyst with our client located in Durham, NC.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Analytics & Dashboarding:
    • Develop and enhance Tableau dashboards that unify learner progress, compliance, and effectiveness insights.
    • Use data storytelling to translate datasets into actionable insights.
    • Build KPI-driven dashboards highlighting trends and risks.
  • Data Integration, Modeling & Governance:
    • Define backend data requirements with Data Engineering.
    • Ensure accurate integration of LMS, Gainsight, Salesforce, and training data into EDW.
    • Identify data gaps and partner with IT to strengthen data governance.
  • Training Effectiveness & KPI Frameworks:
    • Support creation of standardized KPIs such as ROI, and evaluation metrics.
    • Analyze data to guide curriculum improvements and readiness planning.
  • Compliance, Reporting & Audit Readiness:
    • Automate and standardize compliance reporting.
    • Maintain dashboards highlighting compliance risks and completion trends.
  • Analytics Skill Enablement & Training:
    • Support SQL, Tableau, and analytics skills training.
    • Share dashboard and visualization best practices.
  • Collaboration, Communication & Stakeholder Management:
    • Work cross-functionally on analytics portfolio.
    • Document metrics, lineage, and dashboard guidance.
    • Support knowledge-sharing and mentoring initiatives.
