Overview
Clarity Consultants is seeking a Learning Analyst to develop training programs for operational integrity in the oil & gas industry. The work focuses on defining clear competency expectations, structuring training around how tasks are executed and decisions are made in the field, and establishing a consistent, standards-aligned field training framework. The Learning Analyst will work closely with Subject Matter Experts to translate their input into clear training and competency structures.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Analysis and Development Estimation
Stakeholder and SME Requirements Gathering
Content Review and Learning Outcome Validation
Competency Framework Development and Lesson Structuring
Start Date: June 2026
Duration: 6+ months with the possibility to extend
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week; hours will be determined based on project needs
