  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activity
Internal Coordination
  • Work closely with the SVP and Director of Fleet Development to prioritize opportunities and manage workload
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, operations) as needed to support deal execution
  • Serve as a dependable extension of the team—adding leverage, not complexity
Skills and Abilities:
  • Energetic, proactive, and resilient
  • Commercially minded with a strong sense of ownership
  • Being a self-starter who is highly motivated with strong initiative
  • Interpersonal skills with an emphasis on strong communication skills in both oral and written forms

  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
  • Ability to meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
Competencies
  • Microsoft Office Suites
  • Airtable or similar web-based productivity tools & CRMs
Work Environment
  • Indoor office environment
  • Ability to work from Raleigh, NC (in-office / hybrid as required)
Physical Demands
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English clearly
  • Adequate hearing ability for engaging in verbal communication
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
Dress Code and Uniform
  • Well-groomed appearance
  • Adherence to department dress code
