 Business Development Duties/Responsibilities:


Develop new business relationships

Solidify current business relationships

Attend professional functions to promote market awareness of Geo-Hydro

Attend conferences to promote client awareness of Geo-Hydro

Enter, maintain and track opportunities and proposals in Deltek

Attend weekly meetings with the Business Development Director

Be actively involved in at least two professional organizations

Coordinate with Directors, and Project Managers

Promote Geo-Hydro Engineers


Goals:

Increase client base

Increase revenue for the North Carolina Operations

Increase profits for the North Carolina Operations

Develop clients into Advocates and Partners

Improve personal development

Increase personal income

Requirements

Experience: Business Development Specialist should have a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.

Safety: All personnel when on a project site must wear appropriate personal protection equipment (PPE), attend safety training sessions, and follow the requirements within the Geo-Hydro Safety and Health Manual.


Driving Record: Professionals will have a valid driver's license with no violations that prevent them from being insured through the company's insurance carrier. The ability to be insured is at the discretion of the company's insurance carrier. The insurance carrier routinely reviews employee's driving records and may determine at any time than any employee will no longer be permitted to operate any company vehicle.
