We are seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst. This role requires a strong blend of business analysis, systems thinking, and stakeholder management to drive technology solutions that support critical banking functions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working in financial services, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and leading cross-functional teams across the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for banking systems and applications
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define functional and technical requirements
  • Translate business needs into system specifications, user stories, and workflows
  • Drive end-to-end project delivery, including UAT coordination and production support
  • Work on data analysis, process improvements, and system enhancements
  • Support integration efforts across multiple platforms and applications

Requirements
