This role offers the opportunity to build advanced analytics capabilities within a fast-growing financial technology environment.
You will transform complex financial data into reliable insights that support business decisions, regulatory reporting, and operational excellence.
Working closely with Finance, Accounting, and Data Engineering teams, you will design scalable reporting solutions from the ground up.
The position combines financial expertise, data analysis, automation, and business intelligence to improve transparency and efficiency.
You will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, audit readiness, and the development of data-driven strategies.
This is an ideal opportunity for an analytical professional who enjoys solving complex fintech challenges and creating impactful data solutions in a remote global team.

Accountabilities
  • Build and maintain financial reporting solutions, including complex metrics frameworks, conversion funnels, dashboards, and performance reporting using BI tools such as Looker, Grafana, or similar platforms.
  • Analyze financial data from BigQuery to generate actionable insights, including P&L reporting, portfolio performance analysis, accounting summaries, and executive-level reporting.
  • Automate reporting workflows and external data exports to support audit processes, compliance requirements, and regulatory reviews.
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to gather, define, and translate business requirements into scalable financial data models and reporting solutions.
  • Design and implement data quality frameworks with automated validation checks, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial information.
  • Develop financial models and forecasting solutions to support business planning, including LTV, retention, profitability, expected loss, and other key performance indicators.
  • Perform advanced financial analysis, anomaly detection, and experimentation using BigQuery, SQL, Python, and analytical frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to improve data warehouse structures, reporting processes, and analytical capabilities.
  • Leverage modern AI and analytics technologies to enhance financial insights, automation, and decision-making processes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, financial analytics, regulatory reporting, or related roles within fintech, payments, banking, or financial services.
  • Expert-level SQL skills with experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing complex datasets in BigQuery or similar data platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, including Pandas and NumPy, for data exploration, modeling, and advanced analysis.
  • Extensive experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Grafana, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, including building executive-level dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts including P&L structures, accounting principles, IFRS standards, and financial risk metrics such as EAD, LGD, and RWA.
  • Experience defining technical requirements and collaborating with Data Engineering teams on data warehouse and reporting solutions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate complex datasets, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly.
  • Experience working with financial compliance, audit processes, or regulatory reporting requirements is highly valuable.
  • Preferred experience includes crypto payments, custody reconciliation, AML/transaction monitoring analytics, streaming data technologies such as Kafka or Kinesis, and cloud data platforms such as Spark, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field is a plus.
Benefits
  • Fully remote work opportunity within an international and agile team.
  • Competitive compensation package based on experience, skills, and individual contribution.
  • Opportunity to build and shape analytics processes and reporting infrastructure from the ground up.
  • High-impact role supporting mission-critical financial reporting, compliance, and business decision-making.
