Job description

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients an Operations Analyst - Fintech - this is a hybrid role in Jersey City. Salary range: 80-100K USD base plus benefits.

Our mission is to transform how money moves. We believe stablecoins will underpin a new financial fabric, one that is faster, more global, and more efficient than today’s siloed systems. That is why we are building AUSD and the stack, a full service platform that makes issuing, managing, and integrating stablecoins seamless – whether you’re a developer, fintech, or institution. With AUSD, stablecoins become programmable, composable, and ubiquitous by default.

We believe digital dollars should be a public good: trusted, accessible, and built for real-world utility. Our mission is to drive adoption through customizable, user-friendly on-ramps that make stable, dollar-based value available on-chain.

We’re backed by world-class investors including Paradigm and Dragonfly, and we’re growing a team to reimagine how value moves online.

We're intentional about who we bring on. If you’re passionate about stablecoins and want to help create more open, intuitive ways for people to engage with money, let’s talk.

ABOUT THE TEAM

We bring the discipline of high-performance finance teams and the creativity of a fast-moving crypto-native startup. We’re a small, mission-driven group of builders who move fast, sweat the details, and hold a high bar for excellence — in product, code, and culture.

You’ll be joining a tight-knit team that values clear thinking, extreme ownership, and high-velocity decision making. We operate in short feedback loops, support one another without ego, and are deeply motivated by the opportunity to build foundational infrastructure for the future of money.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated FinOps Analyst to join our U.S. Operations team. This is a hands-on operational role supporting our stablecoin and digital asset infrastructure across issuance, settlements, treasury operations, reconciliations, onboarding, and customer support workflows.

You will work closely with the broader global operations team to help maintain seamless 24/7 operations across banking rails, blockchain networks, reserve management, and customer activity.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and operationally rigorous. You thrive in fast-paced environments and take ownership of your work. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining high standards of accuracy and accountability.

This role offers direct exposure to stablecoin operations, blockchain infrastructure, banking rails, and treasury workflows.

  • Execute and settle blockchain and fiat transactions end-to-end, ensuring the full operational flow is completed accurately and on time

  • Monitor transactional activity and operational queues, performing transaction and wallet management verifications, escalating exceptions to the FinOps Lead and relevant stakeholders in a timely manner

  • Own daily and monthly reconciliations across on-chain activity, banking records, custodians, processing platforms, and internal databases, ensuring the integrity of both crypto and fiat records

  • Maintain operational trackers, checklists, and procedural documentation to ensure visibility, accuracy, and repeatability of key workflows

  • Identify inefficiencies and control gaps through data analysis, partnering with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvement and scaling initiatives

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and external partners, coordinating responses to operational inquiries and ad hoc requests with professionalism and precision

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, operations, fintech, banking, treasury, payments, or related functions

  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex operational workflows with a high degree of accuracy

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities

  • Clear communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative environment

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to question assumptions and escalate issues proactively

  • High integrity, dependability, and operational discipline

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior exposure to crypto, fintech, payments, or treasury operations

  • Familiarity with blockchain concepts including wallets, transactions, block explorers, stablecoins, DeFi, and on-chain activity

  • Experience with reconciliation workflows, settlement operations, or financial controls

  • Experience with scripting or data analysis tools such as Apps Script, SQL, or Python

  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments where adaptability and ownership are essential
